Entry Level Landscape Architect

We are currently seeking an entry level Landscape Architect to join our Lexington, Kentucky office. At a minimum, candidates must meet the following educational, professional and personal requirements:

>Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture or comparable field from an accredited university
  • 0-2 years experience
  • Planting design proficiency and knowledge of sustainable planting techniques in the Kentucky market
  • LEED accreditation or sustainable design focus greatly valued
  • Experience in master planned communities, urban design, entitlement and permitting process, and construction documentation a plus
  • Must demonstrate excellent writing and oral presentation skills
  • Enhanced 3D modeling skills
  • Strong collaborator
  • Strong design and critical thinking abilities

Entry Level Engineer

We are currently seeking a full-time Engineer for our Lexington, Kentucky office. At a minimum, candidates must meet the following educational, professional and personal requirements:

>Education/Registration:

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with 0-4 years of transportation experience, MS a plus.
  • While registration is not required at this time, a candidate should be on-track to obtaining professional licensure commensurate with experience. 

 >Professional:

  • Committed to professional development
  • Demonstrated ability to develop solid working relationships with other team members
  • Demonstrated ability to schedule work to meet deadlines

>Responsibilities/Expectations:

Responsibilities require being involved in both the production and management of projects, as well as working within a project team environment. More specifically, responsibilities include:

  • Team player.  Works efficiently with project team to deliver projects on schedule and under budget.  Successfully responds to Client’s needs and requests.
  • Maintains records of time and expenses utilized for project billing. 
  • Maintains organization of company files related to project correspondence, drawings, specs and other data.
