CDP is currently serving as the Owner’s Consulting Architect and Engineer (OCAE) for this project which will be constructed using the design-build delivery method. CDP will provide services related to site development, stormwater, landscape architecture, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical design. CDP will also provide site surveying services.

The facility will be a new 88,785 SF Readiness Center and will include infrastructure to support the facility: parking for military and privately-owned vehicles, fencing, sidewalks, exterior fire protection, outside lighting, access roads, detached facility signage, a wash platform, a fuel storage & dispensing system, and a flagpole. Physical security measures will be incorporated into the design including maximum feasible standoff distance from roads, parking areas, and vehicle unloading areas, berms, heavy landscaping, and bollards to prevent access when standoff distance cannot be maintained. Cost-effective energy conservation features will be incorporated into the design, including energy management control systems and high efficiency motors, lighting, and geothermal HVAC systems.will be provided as a Request for Proposal (RFP) to prospective design-build teams. The RFP documents will be prepared upon gathering project requirements, site information, applicable code data, and any other information needed to allow pricing by design-build contractors.
